Bio

Following up on last year’s critically acclaimed LP, The Red Sect, North Carolina’s ALL HELL return with The Grave Alchemist. Featuring 12 driving, raucous blackened thrash songs, the album also shows a maturity and growth for these Ashville natives who previously had their punk rock roots show through. Many of the tracks have a doomier, heavier sound, though the band still lets it loose all throughout the record. The combining of genres if what ALL HELL has always done best and this time they’ve greatly stepped it up, incorporating more elements into their sound while maintaining solid, fluid songs.

The band did however stick to a familiar formula when it came time to recording The Grave Alchemist. Produced once again by Kris Hilbert (The Body) and mixed and mastered by Joel Grind (Toxic Holocaust), the album will see a worldwide release on April 14th. The band will headline a series of record release show along the East Coast with plenty of touring to follow.

Spawned in the dark hills of Asheville, North Carolina in 2013 and influenced by a wide array of genres—from punk to thrash to “first wave” black metal to 80’s deathrock and beyond—All Hell have relentlessly churned out their stygian works while spreading their volatile live show to eager audiences.

The band self-released their debut, “The Devil’s Work,” in 2014 and played with bands such as 1349, Black Tusk, Ghoul and label mates, Skeletonwitch. A year later, All Hell released their 2nd offering, “The Red Sect,” which was released through HPGD productions. No Clean Singing called the album “A thoroughly electrifying romp, a ripping rampage of thrashing riffs, punk rhythms and mad-dog snarls. Hooky as hell and as nasty as a famished wolverine.” Prosthetic Records soon signed the band and reissued the album on LP and CD throughout the world. The band hit the road in support of that album, sharing the stage with the likes of Venom Inc, Toxic Holocaust, Lord Dying, Ramming Speed, Horrendous and many more.
